BlitzCloud is a cloud-based tournament management application, designed to take care of all users both participant and organisers from planning through to execution. Tournament organisers can plan, allow registration and run tournaments from the web application. While participants may track the progress of a tournament and be updated on the progress of a participating tournament on the go while a tournament is in session. Higher level features include an algorithm to address resource constraints and automated scheduling. There to allow tournament organisers to completely abstract the need to plan out how scheduling goes and match assignments. Early adopters of BlitzCloud would encompass sports hobbyists, amateur sports/esports players, local sports clubs, amateur tournament organisers and eventually leading to regional sports clubs.
