Similar to the outsourcing focused task marketplaces such as taskrabbit, elance, odesk et al - etaskr is an internal and private task marketplace focused on insourcing. etaskr allows you to post tasks to your entire organisation, providing a platform to connect and collaborate on work outside employees' silos. Staff can browse the taskboard to find tasks or receive notifications of tasks matched to them via our matching engine. The review process of the task has been designed to uncover the true potential of your workforce as they connect and collaborate outside of their silos. This feeds into the dashboard which displays analytics on quantitative data such as your organisation's utilisation & resource sharing, as well as qualitative data such as employee performance & skill development.
