S2) Offer trend analysis of competition and suggest pre-emptive steps to remain competitive. For example, "Competition A tends to offer a special price during this time of the year; therefore you can consider doing S" For shoppers: C1) Have the best offer available on their mobile anytime anywhere C2) Suggest optimized (based on geo-location, price, quality etc.) retailer lists for a customized shopping list C3) Offer optimized suggestion for a decision. For example, "Wait till Christmas for your new Digital camera. Retailers tend to reduce price heavily during that time." In its basic form, retailers will have the function S1 in exchange for a small fee. S2 will incur premium fee. shoppers will have C1 for free while C2 and C3 will incur premium fee.
