Every year tens of millions of parents sign hundreds of millions of paper forms for their children - that's literally billions of paper forms annually exchanged between schools and parents. Paper forms are labour intensive, unreliable, inefficient and insecure, we estimate for a schools with 600 students it's upwards of $27,000 to manage. ParentPaperwork is a SaaS tool to capture parent permissions and responses for their kids’ school activities. We save schools significant time and money, and improve liability management. There is no set up required by parents. We use a combination of email and secure web pages, and give schools real time reporting. Our business model is a flat annual subscription, tiered according to the number of students in the school. The average cost per year is around $1,500 to $2,000 per school. Schools using ParentPaperwork are seeing great metrics. On average greater than 50% of forms are returned from parents within 24 hours.
