We understand that it is difficult to choose the right career path. What is even more challenging sometimes is getting the appropriate advice and guidance. MentorTrack is an online platform that connect students to industry professionals and mentors to help kick-start conversations about their careers, interests and aspirations. We do this by helping them connect with actual industry professionals or mentors that work in corporate organisations/NGOs or roles that they are interested in. Sure students talk to friends, family, uni lecturers, career counsellors etc, but not many of them talk to those that work in roles or jobs that they want to do, we want to change that mentality. Our end goal is to get them to have an offline discussion (meet in real life) and develop an on-going mentee-mentor relationship, but we'll also cater for those that want to keep it online.
