Our product, is an online platform, where we help employers find the right talent, globally. Using our platform, employers would get access to both local and international talent, keeping in mind the future of work is to work from anywhere. Originally, we started with an idea to help employers find student interns through '2 week work trials', but realised that the market potential is a lot higher in helping employers find global talent. So we pivoted from "The 2 Week Internship" to "Work Mojo". With the surge in technology companies, the future of work is changing. 10 years from now, companies should be able to work with employees from anywhere in the world. Work Mojo, which is symbolic of 'find your magic at work' will help employees find the right companies to work for and do work they enjoy, while help companies find and source the best talent.
